Job Description
We are seeking a highly customer-focused IT Technician to provide excellent technical support via onsite, Help Desk and remote access. The successful candidate will support end user hardware and software as well as east coast deployments. Receive and resolve incidents escalated from the Help Desk while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and support printers/scanners and dispatch techs or vendors as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, OS, VPN connection
- Re-image PCs/Laptops when necessary
- Train users on how to be effective with hardware and end user software
- Follow up on resolved incidents to ensure users are satisfied
- Identify incident trends and communicate to team to help address systemic problems
- Document solutions to problems and maintain a knowledge library
- Provide expertise and resources to assigned projects and initiatives
Required:
- 3-5 years experience in a relevant technical support role
- High level of Customer Service focus and attitude
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, Cisco VPN
- Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Preferred experience: TeamViewer, Azure
- Preferred: A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certification
