Physician Services/Staff Recruiter – Northern Hospital of Surry County – Mount Airy, NC

Manages, coordinates and facilitates all phases of the physician recruitment & retention program for physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APC), ensuring compliance with all recruitment and retention policies. Physician Services/Staff Recruiter acts as the primary link between Northern Hospital of Surry County and potential candidates. With experience, he or she will be responsible for duties such as conducting the annual physician staffing and recruitment plan to include, the sourcing and screening of candidates by reviewing CV’s/resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring the medical organization is paired with candidates who will meet and fulfill the needs of the organization.
