Apple Valley Post-Acute Rehab is a 5 Star rated, 95-bed short-term rehabilitation facility located in Sebastopol, California.

We are currently accepting applications for full time CNA’s to fill positions on AM, PM and NOC shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in a post acute environment.

Salary dependent upon experience. Sign on bonus of $1,500 currently being offered, payable as follows:

$500 after 3 months of employment

$500 after 6 months

$500 after 1 year
