We are a fast growing Dermatology practice in the metro Seattle area. We take great pride in providing personalized, high quality medical and cosmetic care to our patients. We are currently seeking a full time Certified Medical Assistant who has a special interest in both medical and cosmetic dermatology to join our team.

Requirements

Washington State license as a certified medical assistant
Knowledgable with Electronic Medical Records
Team Player who has an energetic, positive, upbeat, can-do attitude
Outgoing and enjoys good rapport with patients of all ages
Organized, detail oriented, professional, and strong ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Knowledge and interest in social media and promotional events
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Personally attentive to your own appearance and desire to help others look and feel their best

Responsibilities:

Utilize EMR when rooming patients and collecting information prior to seeing Dermatologist
Scribe for the Dermatologist and record all information accurately
Provide Pre and Post care instructions for medical and cosmetic procedures
Assist in medical procedures (skin biopsy, excisions, cultures, etc)
Assist in cosmetic procedures ( lasers, injections)
Comfortable drawing blood
Educate patients about skin care products and protocols
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Suture removal and dressing changes
Patient call backs, process lab orders and biopsies, prescription refills
Stock Inventory and maintain exam rooms and laser/treatment modalities
Sterilize medical instruments
