Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is needed in beautiful eastern Washington for this ongoing Locums opportunity.
Details/Requirements:
–PMHNP needed to provide care for an inmate patient population starting ASAP and ongoing until a permanent candidate is hired
–NP will be doing psychiatric evaluations and medication management, as well as stabilizing patients
–Most of the daily work will be stabilizing patients, as they are typically not in the facility for more than 30 days or so.
–Quick turn around to get started
–40 hours per week needed – will consider either 4- 10’s or 5- 8’s.
–There is a Psychiatrist onsite, but not full time
–Will see a large number of patients each shift but patient care is the number one priority to our client. If you require additional time for patient care, that is completely acceptable.
–This is a beautiful area of the country, and will be a unique area to live for a while and explore
