We are presently helping a community hospital with their pediatric search:
- 4 day work week, 8 to 5, approximately 20 patients per day?
- 1 in 4 call rotation?
- New office located on the hospital campus
- $230,000 salary plus quarterly bonuses
- Loan assistance, plus stipend during remaining time in residency
- $30,000 sign on and $10,000 for relocation
