Job Summary:
MemberSuite, a Portfolio Company of Arrowroot Capital, is looking for an Account Executive to join our Enterprise team. MemberSuite Account Executives are responsible for capturing new logos as well as developing and closing new business within enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prospect, develop, and close new customers for MemberSuite’s Association Management System.
- Develop and execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential.
- Meet and exceed quota; create and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Sell the MemberSuite vision to prospects through product demonstrations, events, and target-specific initiatives.
- Make our customers successful. Possess empathy and exceptional listening skills to identify pain points and build value propositions accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of quota carrying, enterprise software sales experience with 2+ years to selling to non-profits.
- Ability to operate and move deals through complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience selling complex cloud computing software.
- Ability to penetrate net new accounts and build relationships with key players.
- Detailed and deliberate process-driven approach to identifying opportunities and building out early-stage sales funnel.
- History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets.
- Start-up/High-Growth experience and managing an early stage territory.
- Teamwork and good communication skills are a must.
- Four-year university/college degree or equivalent experience is required.
