Description The Medical Vigilance Solutions (MVS) Medical Information Project Leader is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and daily oversight of Medical Information projects for MVS clients. The Medical Information Project Leader is responsible for overseeing the intake, handling, and documentation of medical information inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints following all applicable MVS and client-specific procedures and regulations to ensure quality and compliance. The Medical Information Project Leader may also be responsible for other related activities as agreed upon by the client and MVS. Key Responsibilities (Based on Client Need):
Core Medical Information Capabilities
Deliver and maintain high quality medical information support to MVS clients.
Conduct routine reviews and audits as part of MVS Quality Monitoring.
Serve as the client’s primary point-of-contact for daily operations and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Critically evaluate clinical data and published literature to develop custom and standard medical information responses that are objective, scientifically balanced, unbiased, and non-promotional.
Maintain an up-to-date medical information database of responses used to handle medical inquiries.
Provide and/or coordinate training, ongoing coaching, and quality management review for Medical Information Agents to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in compliance with applicable MVS and client-specific procedures and regulations.
Analyze contact center data and deliver metrics to clients and internal stakeholders. Proactively identify issues, trends and solutions as needed.
Additional Capabilities
Develop and update Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers
Support professional and consumer promotional material development to ensure materials are medically accurate, clinically meaningful, and claims are supported by substantial evidence.
Provide technical assistance as a medical reviewer for company supported and sponsored publications.
Develop training and/or lead technical training for sales representatives and medical science liaisons on products and disease states.

Analysis – Basic Analytical ability sufficient to evaluate data, make judgments and recommendations Required: Bachelor of Science OR Advanced Degree in nursing or pharmacy Registered Nurse License OR Pharmacist License 5 years related experience in medical communications or contract center experience Demonstrate competence in essential job functions
