• Base Salary: $450,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $20,000
• Production Incentives based on wRVU’s ($52.00 over 7623 wRVU’s)
• M-TUE-WED & FRI – Thursday – Surgery day
• Average patients 25/day 5-7 Surgeries a week
• Turn-Key Practice with 1500 patients – 81 New Patients a month
• Student loan assistance – Upto $80,000
• Medent – EHR
• 6 Weeks PTO – CME $5000
• Relocation allowance $10,000
• 2 Certified MA’s & Front Desk Staff – 4 Exam Rooms
