The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for management of PPC, Display, Remarketing and Social Ads campaigns. In addition to that, your work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of our online marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Paid Search Specialist must have the ability to assist with PPC campaigns including:
- Set up and build out of paid media accounts
- Provide keyword research and analysis
- Write and perfect ad copies
- Review landing pages for optimization
- Perform bid management
- Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance
- Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIs
- Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign updates and/or answer any questions regarding campaign performance
- Produce monthly campaign reports
- Work with online marketing team to maximize online marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of PPC experience, including a display, remarketing, and social ads
- PPC Management experience
- Communication skills
- AdWords and Facebook Certified
- Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the web industry and technologies
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Goal oriented with positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to follow directions and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
