Customer Order Specialist – JBC Machine, Inc. – Hortonville, WI

Due to rising customer demand, we are looking to add a detail oriented Customer Order Specialist to our growing family.

Responsibilities would include:

• Process customer orders using the E2 Shop System
• Creating Customer shipments in E2/QuickBooks
• Creating Job Packets for Manufacturing Parts
• Processing Revision Updates
• Packing List Certification
• Update Customer Reports using Excel
• Filing, scanning, attaching, and other misc. duties associated with job responsibilities

The ideal candidate would have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong work ethic
• Good Computer Skills
• Good Communication Skills

Experience with the following programs helpful:

• Microsoft Office Programs
• E2 Shop System
• Adobe
• QuickBooks
