Customer Success Leads – Saykara – Seattle, WA

We’re looking for passionate, motivated and ambitious individuals to define, manage and lead key (post-sale) product implementation and support functions for our top customers. This is an important cross-functional leadership role where you will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop and execute sustainable and scalable product implementation programs for our customers.

We care most about finding people who are sharp, dream big, and are enthusiastic about building solutions that solve real problems for real people. That said, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years’ of project/program management, business operations, technical consulting or implementation experience, preferably in the healthcare IT space.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and leading large, complex, multi-faceted projects in the Enterprise B2B or SaaS space.
