Job Description:

• Greet all employees and guests who enter and exit the restaurant
• Act as an ambassador for Narcissa – maintain expert knowledge of Narcissa’s menu offerings, location, seating options etc. so that you can actively assist with guest inquiries
• Interact with all guests and employees in a warm, welcoming and professional manner at all times
• Assist in the overall operation of the host stand – take phone calls, process reservations, organize the dining room floor plans and seat guests
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Previous NYC restaurant host experience required

Must-have skills:

• Able to Stand for 5+ Hours
