You should be competitive, and eager to get on the phone, and ready to earn. You’ll master the art of selling, and you’ll work with amazing people. This position is located in the Little Rock, AR area. Only local candidates will be considered.

Clients include Harvard, Princeton, Texas A&M, SMU, Peace Corps, Eagle Scouts, Shriners, Air Force Association, and American Legion. Publishing Concepts is growing!

What we required from you:

• Minimum 1-year sales experience.
• 2-3+ years in sales is a plus.
• Applicants must be able to travel to and work from our Dallas office for one week of training.
• You will be required to come to meetings, training, etc. at designed location in Little Rock area periodically.
• The ability to close a high percentage of in-bound sales; meet sales goal.
• Strong background in a call center or heavy phone volume environment.
• A proactive nature – you look to find solutions to problems instead of just reacting to them or solving them to complete a call.
• Patience and integrity approaching each situation with a fresh outlook and the clients’ success in mind.
• Have the willingness to learn, persistent, dedicated and looking for a long-term career.
• Candidates must have high speed, wired internet connection capability

What PCI will provide in return:

• Base Salary + UNCAPPED commissions. Earnings for top performers: $50,000 to $60,000+ a year.
