Registered Nurse (RN) – 1×1 Home Care – PT (12hrs/week) – Nuclear Care Partners – Gillette, WY

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a rapidly expanding company in the growing home health care industry, we are looking for a PT nurse to care for one of our amazing patients in the Gillette,WY area. This position would be providing direct nursing care in the privacy and safety of our patients home.

SHIFTS: 12hrs/week

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current state licensure as a registered nurse required – WY
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, and in good working order.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

  • Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.
  • Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.
