“We are so happy for all the families like ours that are going to have a chance to open the possibilities for their beautiful kiddos when you enter their lives. You’ve changed our life, our abilities and opened our eyes to how much M can do and how we interact with him. We are forever grateful for your commitment, your passion and devotion to our family and all these kids that need a little TLC” – Parent of M
“From our fist meeting, Kiara partnered with us to learn about C and our family and what we needed the most help with. Since then, she has worked to design and execute an individualized plan to work on the skills we jointly determined our son needed the most help with. She had worked with us to build our own skills to become better parents. In the past six months, we’ve seen tremendous progress in our son. He’s more engaged with us and the world and is talking more. He’s visibly less frustrated and happier and so are we. Engaging with Kiara on an ABA program and parent coaching has been one of the single best decisions I’ve made as a parent” – Parent of C
“We have been using Wings Services from several months and are extremely impressed with the professionalism of Kiara and her staff. Kiara has been very engaged in the ongoing therapy for our child, and she has been responsive and encouraging with any questions we have had along the way. She also oversees all of her BT’s very closely and makes sure they are trained and fully supportive of the ongoing therapy plan put into place. Our son is definitely making great improvements with the therapy that he is receiving, and we would highly recommend Kiara and her team.” – Parent of J
“Working at Wings has been a wonderful experience in my career as a Behavior Technician. At Wings I have enjoyed excellent supervision and access to research-based professional development that has furthered my understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and children with Autism and related exceptionalities. In addition to the supervision and education that I have received, I have also enjoyed a “voice at the table” and professional autonomy, when desired, in making decisions with my Program Supervisor. With regard to the day-to-day, I have been fortunate at Wings to have access to a HIPAA-compliant mobile data collection system that makes paper and pencil documentation virtually unnecessary. Wings has also always been receptive to my preferences in scheduling, and only matches clients to BT’s when it is a mutually agreed upon decision that is best for the child. Overall, Wings has offered me an exceptional professional experience as a Behavior Technician, and has fostered a growing interest and passion for what I do that is reflected in the service that I provide my clients.” – Will McCloud, RBT
