An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to
be our next SalesDeveloper to join our team in our Houston,
TX location. This role is
mostly out in the field and supporting the Sales Team.

CBI international expanding its product portfolio with recognized worldwide
brands including Diana. Diana is recognized throughout Central American for its
full line of quality snacks to which we became the exclusive importer for
products developed for the US market.
About the Role:
Sell the products defined in the company’s
portfolio, meeting the goals and established times, in addition to collecting
the invoices for each sale made and settling on the dates established following
the rules and policies of the Company.
What You Will Do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Sell the range of products complying with the route assigned by the
Team Leader to meet the established sales goals. - Verify product stocks in establishments and their rotation, perform
product sampling, bank deposits, suggested order according to the client’s
file, fill out sales reports, etc., seeking the satisfaction of each client. - Make sales according to the calendar and balance it, to verify that
the amounts sold match the amount of product assigned, avoiding any type of
shortage. - Collaborate in other activities that are assigned by your immediate
boss. - Performs other related
duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
or related major. - At least 1 to 3 years’
experience in a similar role. - Strong experience in
managing American accounts especially large chain supermarkets (Walmart,
Kroger, Safeway, 7-Eleven, Circle K ) in the marketing of mass consumption
products (preferably food). - Knowledge of credit and
collection policies. - Driver’s license.
- Will manage a merchandiser.
- Management of Microsoft
Office programs (Excel, Word, and Power Point). - Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

- Strong
interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Use of
sales software. - Requires a
medium physical effort. - Work
outside the office, assaults and traffic accidents, professional accidents
(loading merchandise, falls at the point of sale). - High level
of mental effort and emotional pressure.
