Identify, Attract, and Engage:
Utilize independent thinking to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates.
Develop, create, and post technical job descriptions to attract qualified talent.
Sourcing:
Source candidates using a variety of job portals and professional networks.
Apply various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Pre-screening and Evaluation:
Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ technical abilities and cultural fit.
Perform hands-on interviews using various formats (phone, Skype, structured) to assess candidate suitability.
Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and a great place to work.
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements accurately.
Stay informed about new technological trends and products to better understand evolving job requirements.
Collaborative Teamwork:

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, structured).
Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Familiarity with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Clear understanding of Visa processes.
Strong desire to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Roles And Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding of healthcare terminologies.
Work on Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians, etc. (Healthcare Nursing).
Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager).
Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist).
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for healthcare clients in the US.
Search and recruit candidates on various skill sets as per job specifications.
Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
